Ingredients
  

  • 500 Grams Rice 1 day old rice works best.
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 5 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Kecap Manis Sweet Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • ¼ tsp Shrimp paste
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet optional

Chicken Sate Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Chicken Breast cubes
  • ½ tsp Ginger powder
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Crushes
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Kecap Manis Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Chicken stock cube
  • 1 Bay Leaf

Fried Plantain

  • 2 Plantain Ripened until plantain has turned black.
