Instructions
 

  • Cut the puff pastry into equal strips of 3.
  • Then make loop, by pinching together the ends of the strip. Do this for all 3 puff pastry strips. Then pop in your mini cocktail sausage and olive on either end of the loop that you just made, making sure to leave a gap.
  • Now connect the three loops together by pinching the gap in the middle together.
  • This is what should look like after pinching the middle together. You can now fan out the puff pastry petals, to shape it into a flower.
  • No place your puff pastry on a baking tray, and brush it with some egg wash for a golden crisp colour.
