Britain, Roasted Chicken Pie

I made this with leftover roast chicken from last night. Alternatively, a rotisserie chicken works just as well!

A comforting puff pastry pie for a quick bite or dinner. 

 

Britain, Roasted Chicken Pie

A perfect recipe for your left over roasted chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams Leftover Roast Chicken or Rotisserie Chicken
  • 100 grams Mushroom
  • 2 Rolls Ready Made Puff Pastry
  • 1 cup Chicken Stock
  • tbsp Plain Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • ¼ tspn Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Egg lightly whisked
