I made this with leftover roast chicken from last night. Alternatively, a rotisserie chicken works just as well!

Britain, Roasted Chicken Pie
A perfect recipe for your left over roasted chicken
Ingredients
- 250 grams Leftover Roast Chicken or Rotisserie Chicken
- 100 grams Mushroom
- 2 Rolls Ready Made Puff Pastry
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 1½ tbsp Plain Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk
- ¼ tspn Thyme
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Egg lightly whisked
