Ingredients
  

  • 500 Grams Chicken Niblets or Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1¼ tsp Oktoberfest Bavarian Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Salt more or less to your taste.

Instructions
 

  • Mix the seasoning, salt and olive together. Add to the chicken and marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 200℃.
    Once the chicken is in the oven, turn it down to 180℃-160℃ and cook for 35 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and a potato salad.
